Property Management Company is seeking experienced full-time maintenance person. We offer competitive pay with paid holidays and vacation. Mileage reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement will be provided. Health insurance available after 60 days. This is a full time position with on-call rotation. You would be on call approx. 1 week every 7 weeks. Criminal background check will be run and must come back clean. Please send resume for consideration. Job Type: Full-time. Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00PM. Some overtime is required. Job Location: Wake County, North Carolina Requirements Minimum 2 years Maintenance experience. Must have experience with windows, doors, siding, roofs, etc. Extensive remodeling skills would be a plus. Must have your own truck/van and tools. Valid Driver's license required. Must be able to lift at least 50 to 100 lbs Work within expense limits, Complete Daily reports and time sheets.
