Small dog Showed up in my yard. I already have 2 dogs. He is skinny - has a collar - no one in our area claims him. He’s had free reign to go home but he stays in my yard. I have fed him - of course that’s why he returns but he seems hungry. Likes to run a lot. Friendly and somewhat skittish. Don’t want to take him to a shelter but....
