We are looking for serious contractors To start a job in Middletown. We Flip Houses and Our Company is looking to start this project as soon as possible. This is mainly a cosmetic rehab consisting of Interior Paint, Hanging interior doors, Installation of lvt flooring and Ceramic tile flooring, installation of new toilet, and vanity and mirror, installing new lighting fixtures and outlets and switches. Will be installing shoe mold throughout and chair rail in 2 rooms. This is a 2 week job at the most maybe less for someone with additional help. We are a Real Estate Investment Company and we offer consistent steady work. The Great crews that we are working with right now cannot keep up with our growth. The Greater your experience, the more work I can give you. Standard elements of our jobs include: Demo (correctly), patch repair drywall and plaster, Trim work, Framing, Cabinet install, Hanging interior and exterior doors, Windows, door knobs, lighting, Counter tops (mainly formica), Bathrooms, Toilets, Tubs, Vanities, Paint, Window replacement, Outlets and switches, installing appliances, light plumbing, troubleshooting. etc. etc. etc. Must have 2 plus years of experience and references, and have Truck/Van all tools and equipment necessary to complete the jobs with quality and speed. Must have liability insurance. We have a Standard Pricelist that we use to create our budget and payout most work. This works very well most of the time except when we run into the unexpected. then we will work that out. - Our contract crews don't have to wonder if they are getting PAID. We typically pay within 24 hrs of completion. We pay on a draw schedule for larger jobs. - Our contract crews no longer have to worry about figuring up bids. - Our contract crews no longer have to worry about marketing for the next job. - Our contract crews no longer have to worry about crabby homeowners because all of our homes are vacant. - Our contract crews work their own hours and times and no longer have to worry about customer schedules. - Our contract crews no longer have to worry about purchasing materials, We purchase all materials. - Our contract crews only need to worry about keeping an organized job, providing quality work and delivering on time.
