Pay: $5,000 Labor Hiring a remodel team to finish rehab in Denton. Need to: Install four interior doors, three closet doors, and one exterior door, case and base inside. Paint inside and out: inside, windows are masked off, primer coat is on, ceiling and closets are painted, need to caulk corners and paint walls and trim. Outside needs caulk and masking and primer and paint. Tile bath floor and tub surround. Install outlets and switches, three ceiling fans, lights. Install kitchen cabinets and counter, sink/faucet/disposal, dishwasher & stove. Replace several floor boards, pour self-leveler and glue down wood in back room, then sand/stain floors. Install shutters. Install 120 feet of side fence. Re-grade along back wall, mow and rake and trim bushes and tree and cut/burn stumps. Add edging and bushes, till and plant seed. Haul away all debris from the job.
