Handyman able to perform a drywall ceiling repair and roof repair

We have a trailer that needs roof repairs performed. There is a ladder there already, you will also have a helper to assist you while you are working. I would like to cut out the drywall (less than a 2'x4'section,) pin point the leak, repair the leak with black jack and mesh, scab a couple of 2x3's for extra support, then install a new piece of drywall in the open section, tape joints and mud the seams. $125 for all, cash paid upon completion. Materials will be onsite. We are a management company with several rental properties. Definitely more work for the right individual. Looking for respectful, knowledgeable, hard working handymen with tools only.
