We are looking for a Crew Chief to join our team. SERVPRO® is a national company whose employees provide water and fire emergency response for homes and commercial properties when disasters happen. Some of the other services we provide are mold remediation, carpet cleaning, HVAC system cleaning, and bio-hazard cleanup. On-the-job and formal training will be provided, but any construction or restoration experience would be a bonus. We provide a competitive pay and great benefits! Responsibilities: -Explain process and answer customer questions, as needed. -Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control. -Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. -Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly. -Inventory and load vehicle with equipment, products and supplies needed for each project. -Prepare rooms/areas for work activities -Perform production processes as directed. -Others tasks as required by employer MUST MEET ALL CRITERIA: - a professional appearance and great attitude. - A valid driver license with a good driving record. - Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft. - Some night and weekend work is required. - Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. -Forklift operator is a plus No experience necessary - we can train you *SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY* Required license or certification: * Unrestricted Drivers License Required education: * High school or equivalent
