We are expanding our team and looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual, who prioritizes attention to detail and quality control. Job Title: Seasonal Landscape Technician: The seasonal maintenance technician will aid in the care and upkeep of CSG’s client’s landscapes and rooftop gardens. They will coordinate with the Lead Landscape Technician and crew members throughout the season to provide a high level of professional services. Responsibilities: • General Landscaping: light pruning, blowing out and collecting leaves and debris, refreshing mulch, fertilizing, etc. • Power washing & oiling/staining of wood elements • Assistance with annual installations • Startup programing and on-going monitoring of micro-irrigation systems • Monitoring and adjustment, replacement, additions, or programing of low-voltage lighting systems • Setup/takedown of client furniture covers, shade panels, umbrellas, etc. • Planting: Small trees and perennials • Care for client’s home and properties Requirements: • Communicates well with all crew members, supervisor and client • Must be punctual • Strives to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility • Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs. • Driver’s License and knowledge of the Chicago/North Side • Maintains clean and safe job site and vehicle • At least part time availability (30 HR minimum) Benefits and Compensation BOE, Starting wages at $15/Hr. Season is roughly from ASAP to Christmas
