Description

• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance and repair • General maintenance practices • Policing common areas of buildings to make sure they are clean including elevators. • Making sure entry way glass is clean and entries are clean • Making sure bathrooms are orderly and in working order • Checking rooftop and reporting any issues or leaks • Plunging a toilet / Sink if needed- change a wax ring or set a toilet • Changing light bulbs for tenants and common area • Light painting and spackling • Checking in with tenants that call our tenant services number for service • Daily policing of the exterior of the building to pick up papers and check dumpsters for overflows. • Eyes and ears for the properties. • Making sure contractors that are sent to the building show up and have access and clean up. Reporting same to our office. • Other Duties as directed by Management team
