We are looking for a self motivated individual who has their own transportation. To go from property to property on the south side of Chicago.....and clean the buildings. Tasks include picking up garbage all around the building. Vacuuming or mopping the stairwells in the building. Light dusting, and cleaning the entrance glass. Janitor is paid by the building depending upon how big it is. We start at 2 days if work per week. Generally 6-7 properties. 52 weeks a year. We clean if it's sunny.... Raining....it snowing. If you meet all the qualifications and can start working asap. Send your work history and or resume. Most janitors average $20-22 per hour. We supply all janitorial equipment and supplies
