Looking for Landscape Laborers and Foreman to join our team! We are an established family owned business seeking positive, motivated, hard working individuals who want a career with growth potential in Maintenance and Construction.
Jobs include full range of maintenance and construction duties. Benefits available. Experience preferred but not required.
As a full-service company we provide an array of services which include both maintenance and construction.
Responsibilities:
Provide Labor and skills to efficiently complete proposed construction and maintenance installations with the highest quality of work possible.
Maintain company standards of workmanship and attitude.
Maintain neat and clean job site, as well as trucks and equipment.
Coordinate with Foreman/Laborer to achieve daily tasks at the shop and job site.
Take Direction and work efficiently.
Ask questions if unclear of process or assignment.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
Maintain a safe work environment for all workers, at all times.
Continually learn and strive to develop the full range of landscape skills.
Learn and retain techniques and processes.
Provide friendly customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Able to Lift up to 80 lbs consistently
Valid driver license and must be insurable
Able to pass drug and background test
Reliable
Job Specifications: (Not Limited to)
Maintenance: Mowing, String trimming, Plant Care, Planting, Trimming, Property beautification.
Construction: Stone Walls, Patios, Water Features, Ponds, Entertainment Areas, Arbor Care, Lake Bank Stabilizations, Lighting for residential & commercial properties.
