Immediate Openings in the Syracuse Area!!!! Cleantec Services provides janitorial cleaning services to commercial customers in the Syracuse and surrounding areas. We are considered one of CNY's top-rated full-service janitorial and facility maintenance organization. We are hiring! Part-time up to 40 hours per week. Custodial Specialists.   The position will start immediately and on the job training will be provided by the Supervisor. Work Hours: Flexible. We have many different shifts available. *Sunday 10am-3pm *Mon-Fri 5pm-11pm *Tues/Thurs 6pm-9pm *Mon/Wed/Fri 5pm-7pm *Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm *Mon-Fri 5pm-9pm Job Duties: Sweep and mop tile and linoleum floors within office areas, bathrooms, break room and common areas at customer location. Trash: remove trash and replace liners from offices, bathrooms, lunchrooms, and common areas. Vacuum using standard or backpack vacuum or upright. Areas to vacuum are walkways, hallway, offices, and main entrances. Clean and sanitize all horizontal surfaces such as counter tops, tables, door handles, and all "touch points"  Clean restroom areas to include wiping down areas, changing paper products and sanitizing Using Auto-Scrubber to clean floors  Job Requirements: Good work history Strong attention to detail Customer service Skills Excellent verbal and written communication High School diploma/GED Valid Driver's License/ID  Drug test-Required Background Check-Required Equal Employment Opportunity.
