General Laborer Pay: $19-21 an hour DOE I'm willing to pay more if someone has good skills and picks up the trade quickly. Work season April 15th-till the snow shuts us down in December Job Duties: -Installing electric fence systems on homes -Assisting lead technician in installations -Interfacing with customers -Managing time on projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner -Ensuring work vehicles are properly stocked and organized -Cleaning up job sites once work is completed. -The ability to work without direct supervision at times What would make a great General Laborer: A strong candidate for this position will have the ability to listen and learn from others, will work well as a team and will be self-motivated. Our systems we install are very specialized and we will provide all the training, however, having basic construction experience and knowledge of proper use of power drills and hand tools is a benefit. It may be required that you drive a company vehicle at times and it is necessary that you have a clean driving record. Being presentable and respectful when clients are around is a must. We work in tight spots under homes and decks often and you would be comfortable doing this type of work.
