Janitorial Position Seeking a reliable, trustworthy and energetic person who is a team player to fill our janitorial position. This position requires a dependable employee who is professional in demeanor and appearance, will arrive on time, pay attention to detail, follow rules and can communicate clearly in English (Bilingual is a plus). Hours of work are Monday thru Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm, and possibly weekends. Physical demands of the position involve standing, walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting and other typical janitorial actions. We prefer applicants with at least one year of janitorial experience (Janitorial Certification is a plus) and high school diploma. Must have legal right to work in the United States and must be able to pass a background check. Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Cleaning assigned common areas • Cleaning common area bathrooms • Empty trash • Mopping • Maintain a clean environment on the interior and exterior of assigned buildings and spaces • Sweep walkways from property area to street curb side • Plus other various janitorial duties • Understand and practice safety in all manners of work. • Consistently observe and immediately report any issues to maintenance and/or management staff
