NEED EXPERIENCED Field Technicians - Measurement Specialists

Growing window and door company is seeking experienced field technicians to assist in recording measurements of replacement/new construction windows and doors. This position measures and records all new measurement requests given from Measurement Coordinator. Skills/Qualifications Required to Perform the Job: -Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and some Saturdays. -Knowledge of install process and techniques for residential replacement windows and entry doors. -Previous measuring or replacement window installation experience required. -Must speak and read English fluently. -Must have a valid Driver’s License. -Must be punctual and dependable, able to meet deadlines. -Able to meet deadlines. -Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills. -Exhibits strong organizational skills. -Is capable of remaining patient and calm when working with various personality types. -Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor. -Demonstrates strong problem solving skills. -Able to use sound judgement; work independently with minimal supervision. Job Duties: -Commutes in personal vehicle to all job sites and arrives on time to every job. -Uses personal equipment to carry out measurements. -Accurately measures existing or non-existing items (windows, doors) at customer properties with or without direction from home owner or contractor. -Keeps an organized record and documentation regarding all projects. -Submits clear and organized pictures/documentation to Measurement Coordinator in a timely manner once a job is complete. -Safely performs all aspects of job in compliance with all federal, state & local laws. -Communicates job specifics to Measurement Coordinator to be documented. -Maintains an open line of communication with Measurement Coordinator.
