WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE A MULTI-SKILLED CONSTRUCTION WORKER / HANDYMAN WITH AT LEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MULTIPLE TRADES OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION and GENERAL REPAIRS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN HOME REMODELS (KITCHEN AND BATH) and NEW ROOM ADDITIONS IS A MUST! COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE WITH TENANT IMPROVEMENTS IS A PLUS! CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THIER OWN TOOLS, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, AND EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF MULTIPLE TRADES ON THE JOB SITE Must be highly skilled in several of the following: • Carpentry • Cabinet Installation • Framing (Rough framing and finish work) • Painting • Drywall (Repair and Install - walls or ceilings. Apply tape and texture to match) • Plumbing (rough and finish) • Electrical (Installation of can lights, fixtures wall plugs) • Tile Installation • Flooring Installation (Tile, Hardwood, Laminate) • Concrete/Masonry • Instalation of Doors and windows • Room Additions • General Repairs, Etc.
