The 3M Monroe plant specializes in manufacturing products for their Fire Safety Business. If you're a motivated person looking to get started with a great company, we want to talk with you!Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Assembly, packaging and manufacturing of productsPerforms all quality checks in accordance with applicable proceduresResponsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packagedAccurately record production dataRequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50lbsMust be comfortable with standing/working on a production line from anywhere between 8-10 hours per day This could be between 8-12 hours per dayStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsMust be available to work overtime on Weekends due to business needsPrevious assembly warehouse experience is a PLUSProof of education (High School Diploma or GED)
