Department: Field Staff Job Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Reports to: Site Manager Work Schedule: Varies Amount of Travel Required: 0-10% Positions Supervised: None Apply Online:  Hours: 10:30 PM - 8:00 AM POSITION SUMMARY An office administrator in the field primarily assists the site manager with paperwork and reports. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To perform the field office administrator job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. Provide support with the new hire process which includes, possible assistance with the hiring process. The site manager makes the final decision Process new hire paperwork (Must be completed at the office), Handbook and handbook sign off, filling out I9’s accurately and verifying ID’s, e-verify- must follow guidelines of the program, other miscellaneous new hire paperwork Process of payroll to include but not limited to helping with salaried team member specials, all terminations, notes, leave of absences, transfers, comparing payroll totals, check sign-offs, vacation, raises, and reporting payroll information to the corporate office. Document disciplinary actions and terminations accurately and on time Document injuries reported, assist in investigations, and document appropriate medical paperwork Run various types of reports for the site manager Assist with distribution of benefit forms POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s) Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Computer Skills: Must be Microsoft proficient in Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook Other Requirements: Understanding of the functions within the accounting system, the company structure (divisions, departments, and plant locations) and the various general ledger accounts.
