Location: Charlotte, NC Compensation: Uncapped earning potential CALL FOR DETAILS!!! Must be able to relocate within the Charlotte - Lexington, NC while Interior Training and Field Training. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Perform interior repairs using trained techniques and various tools on our clients’ vehicles Travel to local dealerships to perform various interior repair services including: Odor removal Alloy wheel refinishing Windshield chip repair Headlight restoration Dashboard reconditioning Carpet, seat, steering wheel, door, headliner, and cargo area repairs Establish and maintain customer relationships Complete reporting and invoicing daily through company provided technologies Effectively communicate with clients regarding current projects and upcoming needs identified via daily inventory reviews Work in a team environment Maintain provided company vehicle, tools, and additional equipment per company standards REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license Able to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time Successfully complete pre-employment drug and background screening Must have good work ethic and strong customer service skills Must have the ability to work nights and weekends when necessary Attend mandatory Technician training at one of our training campuses Paid salary during training Lodging provide (if not local) Company vehicle provided (if not local) MAGIC ONE’s BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance & Vision Care Semi-monthly Pay Low cost uniforms for applicable positions 401(k) ABOUT MAGIC ONE: Magic One was founded in 2005 with a singular mission to provide the most comprehensive automotive reconditioning solutions to our customers based on unmatched quality, consistency, professionalism.
