We are seeking auto and truck detailers for a busy shop. We need a wash bay person that can handle a high-pressure machine. We need detailers that can do both inside and outside of the vehicles including a machine polish. We only use top-grade products so the process is as efficient as possible. All the tools you need are provided for you. We have carpet extractors and steam machines to help with production and quality. You will be taught our system to produce a high-quality product in the shortest amount of time. Hours Monday 6 am to 4 pm Tuesday 8 am to 8 pm Wednesday 5:30 am to Noon (Usually we are done around 11) Thursday 6 am Wash bay personnel only) 7:30 detailers to 3 pm Friday 6 am to 1 pm We consistently start at the same times but the end times can vary depending on the workflow. You will need to be a little flexible when it comes to the closing downtime. Our pay system is designed to help you earn what you produce. If you like to get paid by the hour and watch the clock this job is not for you. If you like to produce a high-quality product and take pride in your work, we would like to talk with you. We pay two days of training at $13 an hour. If you catch on quickly and your numbers produce more than $13 an hour we will pay the higher rate.
