Looking to re home Palladio Quaker Parrot. For sale or trade. He is a 3 year old male Quaker, rare color mutation. Semi tame, can be handled. He isn’t really aggressive, just doesn’t like to get out of his cage. With a little work you can probably change that.! Or you can use him as a breeder and get some very pretty babies from him.
