Description

Maintenance technician needed to manage several commercial buildings in the NASA Clear lake area. Knowledge and ability to repair and maintain chill water HVAC and boiler systems, air handlers and motors, belts, actuators, boilers, hot/cold water lines needed. Other experience - Electrical (changing lights fixtures, ballasts etc.). Plumbing (ability to repair broken pipes, toilets, faucets etc.). Ability to maintain grounds and parking lot. Ability to handle multiple tenant complaints while maintaining good attitude. Make ready vacant suites for new tenants (replace outlets, blinds, ceiling tiles, paint, light sheet rock). Approximately 25 hours a week.
