If you are a team player with a ready-to-work attitude, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! ***WE PAY WEEKLY!!!*** *** PAGAMOS SEMANAL*** Responsibilities of a Groundskeeper/ Porter: Clean all outside areas of the community - including Parking lot/ trash recepticals/ pool area and Office Areas Clean the pool Remove abandoned property from vacant units and put in the trash Beak down abandoned furniture to throw in trash Paint outside curbs. -Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and assist Service Supervisor as needed. Requirements: -Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Please be available for an immediate interview!
