We start you part time and if you are dependable and trustworthy, we will move you to full time. Start at $12 an hour for 3 months of training. After 3 months we take you to $13. And every 6 months we will do an evaluation. If you are in good standing you will get a $1 raise. As long as you maintain great work ethics, show up on time and (even when we are not watching) do your task like you are suppose to, you will continue to get a $1 per hour raise every 6 months! You will get to $25 an hour within 5 years!
