Handyman needed for old 20 plus unit apartment building. On a as needed basis. Person may be needed once a week, for 3 days in a row, or not for a couple of weeks. There is work to do on a continual basis but not every day or every week. Need someone with all around experience. Plumbing, electrical, general labor, painting and spackling. Pay is minimum $20/hr, more if you are good or if I have an emergency and you show up, work hard,and solve a problem. Right now I just need someone to put up sheetrock on basement ceiling, with help of Superintendent of building.
