Les Métalliers Champenois’ artisans travelled from France in 1984 to restore, complete, and recreate the Statue of Liberty’s torch and flame and have composed beautiful furniture, artwork, and railings in the United States ever since. Horus Bronze is an architectural metal engineering, manufacturing and installation company specializing in solid bronze windows and doors. Together, LMC-HB Corp uses the traditional techniques passed down through generations of the Compagnons du Tour de France guild of metal craftsmen to create fine, museum quality metalwork for clients of the world’s most distinguished architects and interior designers. We are currently hiring a Shop Assistant / Driver- Job Duties include (but are not limited to): - Maintaining excellent shop condition - Assist metalworkers in all aspects of fabrication and assembly in shop and field site work areas - Lift, move, transport steel parts using hydraulic lifts, plate clamps, chain hoists, dollies, and hand carts - Drive to and from jobsites, vendors, clients Requirements: - Ability to lift 50 lbs. - MUST possess adequate sight, hearing, and use of limbs for all aspects of job - Able to work for periods of time while kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing steps, as well as the ability to perform work from a ladder. - Ability to communicate in English both verbally as well as through written communication - Valid Driver’s License - Past experience in metal industry a plus Benefits after 90 days include: - 401k - Medical - Dental - Vision - Holidays - Sick days - Uniforms, - PPE Compensation to be discussed at interview.
