Professional Cleaning Services is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for clean rooms ( Farmaseutical labs). The following shifts are available: * 1 Day Porter Wednesday - Sunday 8:30 am -5:00 pm - $16.10 * 2 GMP and Common area cleaners Monday -Friday 5:30 pm -2:00 am - $18.10 * 2 Working leads, 1 Tuesday -Saturday, 1 Sunday - Monday 5:30 -2:00 am - $20.10 * 1 Weekend porter Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 8;30 am 5:00 pm - $16.10 * 1 Floor tech Monday-Friday 6:00 pm -2:30 am - $16.10 Candidates must meet the following qualifications: 1) Flexibility to work 24/7. 2) Work in cleanrooms and labs at times and must pass all training classes in cleaning and understanding Celgene/BMS SOP procedures. 3) Take in consideration that some of the SOP guidelines specify not to wear make-up, lotions, perfume, jewelry. 4) Must be able to fill in logs books, understand gowning procedures, proper PPE, BBP, PARP respirator training, and the use of the proper cleaning procedures and chemicals to be used in all cleanrooms. 5) Must pass physical exam. 6) Must be able to bend down without issues. 7) Must be able to read, speak, and write English well. 8) Must have good communication skills. 9) Must have computer skills. 10) Must pass all Celgene/BMS compliance wire assignments. 11) Must have housekeeping and cleaning experience. Lab training will be offered but experience is preferred. 12) Must have reliable transportation. 13) Must have knowledge but not limited to cleaning equipment, floor machines, carpet machines, wet vacuums, extractors, etc. 14) Must have experience working with cleaning chemicals, such as strippers, wax, germicidal, disinfectants, carpet cleaners etc. 15) Must have knowledge but not limited to stripping and finishing floors, carpet cleaning, glass cleaning, etc. 16) Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without help. 17) Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. 18) Must be available 24/7 for emergencies. 19) Must be able to work flexible schedules. 20) The selected candidate will be on a probation period of 90 days. Let it be understood that the positions offed are for cleaning the cleanrooms and common areas when cleanrooms are in production. Candidates must accept that their schedule is subject to change in according to the labs production schedules.
