Northwest Grain Equipment LLC. Located in Fall Creek, WI has a great opportunity for several Full Time Maintenance/Service Technicians. Northwest Grain Equipment is a long established and fast growing company that works closely with the Agricultural Industry. We Sell, Install and Service New and Used Feed, Seed, Agronomy and Grain Handling Equipment within a 150 mile radius of Fall Creek, WI. This is a great opportunity to learn and excel in a wide variety of skilled areas. Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round Pay: $18.00-$25.00 Hr. Based on Experience/Skill Level. Vacation, Retirement Plan. Job Title: Maintenance/Service Technician, General Laborer Hours: 40 + Must be able and willing to work overtime at periods of the year. Overnight Travel: Average days per year: 10-15 days Job Description: The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for: Service, Installation, Assembly, Fabrication, Troubleshooting of mechanical components needed to maintain a proper working, efficient, productive and safe equipment and environment for our clients. Job Requirements: Must have experience in the use of general shop/electrical/hand tools to include but not limited to; hand drills, grinders, power saws, hand tools, and read a tape measure. Must have ability to Arc Weld. (Basic welding skills). Must have ability to use oxygen acetylene cutting torch. (Basic skills). Having a high degree of mechanical skills is very helpful, have good troubleshooting skills with good attention to detail, be creative in problem solving and multi-crafted is very helpful. Must be able and willing to work in a variety of environmental conditions such as; inside and outside, hot and cold temperatures, work in small, cramped spaces, able work in dirty and dusty environments. Be able to work with heights; up to but not limited to 150'. Candidate must have regular, prompt attendance. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
