Landgreen Lawncare is looking for an experienced person to join our lawn maintenance team. We maintain beautiful lawns throughout the Traverse City area. Hoping to find the right person with a friendly attitude that enjoys working outside keeping properties looking great. Hours average around 40-50/week but sometimes more in the spring and fall. We rarely work weekends except occasionally during cleanups and snow removal. Duties include: Mowing lawns, leaf cleanups Operating plow truck, shoveling, operation of heavy equipment Basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment like blade sharpening, oil check etc Good communication with coworkers and customers Requirements: Ability to work independently at times. Valid drivers license and dependable transportation to and from work. Good physical condition. Mechanical knowledge is a big plus but not required. Experience working on lawn crew preferred but not required Benefits: Paid personal days Multiple bonuses paid throughout season $300 signing bonus Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour Email to apply and include information/resume.
