Ascend Preservation is hiring a subcontractor to do yard maintenance at 20 default properties in Central & Northern Michigan (see the attached map showing the locations of the properties). Properties are maintained either weekly or twice a month, and each maintenance visit pays a minimum of $35. Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Additional money is paid for shrub & tree trimming and leaf & debris removal. Equipment needed is a lawnmower, weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a computer with internet and a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed, which are uploaded to a website via the internet. Compensation: - 5 maintenance visits per day = $175+ per day - 4 days per week = $700+ per week - 4 weeks per month = $2,800 per month, part-time If interested, please use the reply button to email Jason Rider and state whether or not you: 1.
