Molly Maid of Virginia Beach, serving Virginia Beach since 1987, is currently hiring house cleaners. Prior house cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. More importantly we are looking for motivated candidates who want to learn our business and desire to grow within the company. Most of our team members have been with us over 5 years, some over 10 years and even several over 20 years. In order to be considered candidates must be available to work full-time Monday-Friday (day shift). Also required are a valid driver’s license, a decent driving record, a willingness to work hard (this is physical work - vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, mopping, etc.) and a positive customer-oriented attitude. Members of our cleaning staff typically earn $12-$18 per hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, health care (medical and dental) and a retirement plan with company matching.
