Not all are scams but here are a few to help you not lose money/waste time: I bought a puppy from CL before and it was easy and great but let me tell you the ones that are scams 1. They ask to send a code to your phone 2. The rehome fee is under 500 for a puppy 3. Pictures are fake/perfect looking or only 1 picture 4. They post their email or number on the ad or something like vihimid4748-gm l **8!! 5. Multiple ads for different puppies with the same exact writing 6. Shipping!! if they are not in nyc (have a sob story about moving) and cant meet asap scam Good luck and report scams! Same goes if your looking for an apartment they all use the same tactics ps. they have scams where they want to to fill out a bunch of info like Thank you for contacting us regarding the adoption of our little male and female Siberian husky pups. We have Rex and Coco available for adoption to any loving home. They are all 10 weeks old with all their vaccines and shots accurate. My husband and I have decided to give out this puppies because we just move to a non-pet apartment house and there is no way we can keep them again. We are given the puppies with no adoption fee since they were given to as a birth day gift. Please answer the following question just so I can have ideal of where Rex and Coco will be going (1)Your Full Name...? (2) Will you prefer Coco (girl), Rex (boy) or both..? (3)Have you own a pet before...? (4) Where are you located...? (5)Give me a brief description of your environment...? (6)What is your phone number...? (7)Do you have a fenced in yard? Do you have other animals? When you are away from the home where will dogs be - outside? in house? confined to a crate? (8)What is your job?
