Highly Successful Real Estate Investment Team is looking for a go getter, self starting individual. The Team, located outside of Colorado, is looking for a individual to serve as our "Boots on the Ground". Get to learn the Real estate investing and House flipping game from the ground level. We would be looking for someone who is looking to make money, learn, and is reliable and flexible with timing. Jobs include: - Driving around Pueblo and finding addresses of distressed and abandoned houses. - Placing Signs / Flyers - Taking photos of houses that we are going to purchase - other odd jobs tasks. Pay ranges from $11 - $13 Per hour. Applicant must have a working car, and will be considered a 1099 employee. Applicant must also have a newer model Iphone, or Android and be familiar and able to figure out intuitive applications. Some of the work can be done at night, and generally is best done at night. 6-11 Hours Per week of work
