A well-established, small and skillful residential construction firm working on luxury homes across MetroWest, North Shore, and Greater Boston is seeking to fill a newly created Home Services Technician position. The role is focused on close-out management for all major company projects and routine maintenance programs for existing client base. Candidates should apply with a proactive approach, entrepreneurial attitude and good general knowledge of all trades—from carpentry and finishes to light plumbing and electrical. This position allows for independence and self-direction within a fun small-team environment. Daily tasks include project management, client communication and subcontractor coordination. As the dedicated project close-out manager, the Home Services Technician will be the “go-to” client contact for service calls and final quality assurance check-point on recently completed work. The role ensures all projects are closed to company standards and client satisfaction. This is a highly visible position, with rewarding responsibilities and opportunities to grow the business.
