We are looking to hire someone with an exceptional work ethic. We are looking to promote to a lead technician quickly. We are a professional exterior cleaning company of residential homes and commercial buildings. We clean roofs, siding, vinyl, brick, stucco, decks, fences, gutters and many other exterior surfaces. Prior pressure washing or roofing experience is a major plus. Must be able to safely set up and work off 40' and 32' ladders. Must be physically fit to perform this job. We work in all types of weather. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a clean valid driving license. Must have reliable transportation to get to work. Must follow all company safety requirements and operating procedures. Some Saturday and weekend work will be required. Normally Monday thru Friday. Primary operating area is South Charlotte, Union County and the Fort Mill Area. Great room for growth and advancement for the right candidate. EOE
