Pick & Pack Associate - Asociado de Almacén Pick & Pack Associate (Long Term & Permanent position) in large clothing distribution & sorting center! SUMMARY: Pick, Pack & Sort repacked boxes, separating them and stacking them according to our customers’ specifications. While in this position, you will require to verify box condition, and if correct labeling has been applied. Maintain a clean and safe work area. All trash, boxes, and debris must be picked up throughout the work shift, and before leaving for the day. Ensuring that the labels & tags are placed uniformly Minimize the possibility of an accident to self and others. Achieve zero loss through product damages, and through equipment damages. Should possess ability to function as one of a team as well as complete duties safely. Position interfaces with other value added associates, repack line lead, value added production supervisor, and value added production manager. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and bend throughout the day. Must be able to stand & walk for long periods of time. Must be fluent in Spanish. Shifts: 2 Shifts available & Overtime Expected 1st Shift: 6am - 3pm 2nd Shift: 6pm - 3am Schedule: Rotation of Monday - Friday (off Saturday & Sunday) & Monday - Weds (off Thursday & Friday) $12.00-13.25 p/ hour
