Hiring Lube Technicians, immediate positions need to be filled, All positions available Also looking for Assistant Manager in Quick Lube Shop. We are a well established Auto Spa and Quick Lube in Jupiter, FL. The business has been open for over 25 years and grows everyday. We are under new ownership as of Sept. 2019 and are planning a "Grand Opening" with all new routes for the wash area, Lube shop is steady and expected to become very busy in the coming future. If applying for lube tech position please apply in person, We will not do phone interviews or any hiring at all over the phone. - Must be able to make it to work on days scheduled. - Experience in a shop or in Automotive field a plus but not necessary. - Able to lift at minimal 50 to 60 pounds, as we also do Tire Rotations upon request and/or reccomendation - Have a good attitude and be able to greet a customer with a smile. - Able to know when to help and when to step away from situations that a manager should handle. - Ability to learn shop procedures when working on a customer vehicle. - Someone who works well with others and not stand offish if another employee is giving pointers. - Able to Handle heat and cold as we do work in a covered non air conditioned or heated garage. Only shop fans. If Applying for Assistant Manager Position, - All of the above pertains except for Experience, Please have experience in Quick Lube or Automotive Field, Management and organization skills also a must for the position. - Able to Coordinate with manager on employee status and report to manager any issues with employees. - Able to run a crew of 3 to 4 other employees and get along with all. - Communication with customers is a must so the right candidate must be super approachable and clean, If you see and customers that even look the slightest bit confused as of what to ask for or whom to approach the assistant manager should approach them offering any help if needed or assist customer as to where to go.
