Castle Impact Windows and Doors/Folding shutter corp. has been protecting homes in South Florida since 1969. We are looking to add to our manufacturing team. We are a high-volume well-established shutter/window company looking for full-time help for our manufacturing facility. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals that want to work. Job Duties: *Manual Labor * Able to perform production processes, understand and operate tools and machinery to insure continuous production flow. * Loading/Offloading/ stacking light metal products by hand * General shop labor & other tasks as assigned * Assembly of our metal shutter products (use of hand tools and saws required) * Able to read and understand tape measure * Assure work area is clean and organized at the end of each shift * Assure compliance with all quality control, production and safety procedures Requirements: * Ability to read/understand Work orders * Ability to read a Tape measure * Pass background check and Drug test * Transportation to/ from work Valid driver's license * Working on production line and meeting production targets * Good attitude and ability to work well in a busy & dynamic team environment * Willing to work overtime when required * Basic mechanical aptitude * Basic hand skills in handling tools and building metal products * Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds * Follow health and safety standards, washing Hands/Sanitizing, Face Mask when required and 6’ distance. * Follow production guidelines and specifications from leads and supervisors.
