Maintenance Technician for Assisted Living

Looking for an experienced maintenance technician who can service all 10 of our small assisted living locations (16 bed homes) and help to keep them in good repair. This position will have a company van and competitive pay based on ability and knowledge. The optimal person for this position is someone who works independently who has above average problems solving skills.
