Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping- (crew supervisor & crew members)(Greensboro) This is a W-2 paid job. Direct deposit is available. Payroll runs bi-weekly. We do not 1099 or pay under the table. We can offer 401k & Insurance through paychex. Which is taken out of checks and based on your decision to obtain or have your own. We do not loan or front money Compensation/ Pay: Depends on Experience and attitude. We are looking for experienced lawn maintenance employees who are local to Greensboro and know the area. To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years actual,verifiable experience working on a lawn maintenance crew. You must pay attention to detail, be able to follow written and verbal instructions, and be able to perform any and all duties required in this position quickly, efficiently, and correctly, and most of all, have a positive attitude. To be considered: You must have your own daily transportation You must have a valid NC drivers license You can't have any major driving offence due to insurance restrictions on our vehicles You must be able to present yourself in a neat, clean, courteous manner on a daily basis as a professional. You must abide by the requirements set by the companies we do business for in regards to scope of work, hours of operation, etc. Smoking is not permitted while on jobs and especially while in contact with customers who may not smoke and no smoking will be allowed in company vehicles. Smokeless tobacco and E-cigs are best solution as long as respectively used.
