We are looking for hardworking, dedicated applicants to use our high tech machines to assist in the production of rubber tread and to inspect the product for the top quality brand we strive for! Day and Night shifts available from 7 to 7! Possible opportunity to be hired on by the client! Job Responsibilities: As a Production Associate, you work with, and around, moving mechanical parts throughout the facility, as well as load and unload the assigned machines. Fast paced, Noise levels can vary, and can become a very loud environment. With all of our employees burning rubber to get the best quality, it can get pretty hot, so be prepared! We do allow extra break times to accommodate. We do require you to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, and sometimes crouch, so we push the importance of stretching during shifts. To work with us, we need you to have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. We need employees who are able to work a seven-day rotating schedule, including some weekends, as well as work a 12-hour shift. No experience needed, we"ll give you all the tread you need to succeed!
