Allegheny Partners is seeking a dependable and detail oriented Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technician Serve as the on-site maintenance technician for the individual properties. Perform maintenance, ground care and custodial duties as assigned. Job duties will be primarily driven by work order requests from tenants. Other responsibilities will include communicating problems, providing day to day coverage and rotating on call for emergency duties Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician will perform all aspects of general facilities maintenance including and not limited to: painting and painting preparation, minor carpentry, simple plumbing including clearing clogged drain lines, cleaning, installing new appliances, and other tasks associated with the general upkeep of facilities. Position will provide on-call 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage on a rotating schedule. Qualifications Valid Driver's License Proven ability to solve problems Mechanically inclined Effective communication skills Dependable Professional or extensive personal experience in general contracting or maintenance This is a Full-Time Hourly Position $15.00/Hour Allegheny offers Full-Time employees paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, holidays Stop by the Allegheny Partners Office at 28 Kirk Avenue SW in downtown Roanoke to pick up an application today!
