We are a local design / remodel firm 7 years in a business and with a showroom in Alexandria, VA. We are looking for a crew that can handle a bath remodel from start to finish. Must haves: *Minimum 5 years experience remodeling bathrooms *Expert tile installer *Plumbing & electrical experience - able to pass close-in and final inspections *Able to read plans and selections sheets, ensure materials are installed correctly *Must be able to obtain building materials *Keep job sites clean and customers happy *Follow a schedule *Communication skills / customer service skills *High attention to detail Please send photos of your work. Also please send a quote and timeline for a pull and replace 5' x 8' bath remodel with a tub for a home built in 1975. Please include labor and building materials. All finished materials (tile, faucets, toilet, tub, vanity, mirror, vanity light) will be provided.
