Description
We are looking for a horticultural/landscape design student to design and create our 2 1/2 acre gardens and water features (two ponds) this summer and help with general yard work in exchange for free room and board. Work hours are very flexible but would require approximately 10-12 hours per week. Applicant must be physically able to do heavy work and operate machinery. This housing is available immediately, through the summer, with option for longer term rental.
The living space offered is a private suite in a large house about two miles from campus. Suite includes large bathroom and walk-in closet, refrigerator and microwave unit, and sitting room with big screen TV. Evening dinner will be provided to the resident.
Application must be accompanied by a reference letter from advisor or professor and other personal references. This summer job is also eligible for internship credit.
