Greetings, Contact Design (dba Survey Feeds) is a nationwide user research organization that connects qualified individuals with our clients to discuss medical treatments and experiences. We are looking for participants to participate in a study to help improve methods in the administration of treatments for patients with certain chronic conditions. The study will be conducted by Ipsos on behalf of a pharmaceutical company. This is not a clinical study. No actual medication will be used during the study. Interviews will be conducted in the Chicago area during the month of April. If you are interested in helping improve administration methods and are willing to participate in a one-on-one interview, please complete this application form.: You may also share the link with anyone you would like to refer. If you refer people, you will receive $40 for each referral who qualifies and participates.
