Description
Our family is looking for a provider to come to our home (near St. Daniel's Church in Garfield Ridge in Chicago near Archer and Harlem Ave) and care for our 19 year old, who has DOWN SYNDROME and AUTISM. Responsibilities include selfcare, and cleaning up after him. We would love someone who has worked with individuals with special needs. Hours are 2:30-5:30 PM, Monday thru Friday.
