Survey is looking for Cosmetic Reset Team Lead to guide merchandisers on completing reset projects at various convenience store locations in the Grand Rapids, MI area. The workweek is Monday - Friday and the hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.The position pays between $18 - $20 per hour based on the workload at the store and the amount of merchandisers you lead. The reset starts April 19th ending on April 30th. If you are interested in working please apply via this link As a Cosmetic Reset Team Lead, you'll be in charge of a hard-working team that rearranges all the products on the shelves at stores. You'll ensure merchandisers implement the new planogram (shelf map/schematic), move fixtures, set signage, stock products, and more). We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of Cosmetic Resets experience with 20 to 30 cosmetic resets completed as Team Leader/Team Manager. About you: The ideal candidate likes to work hard, is reliable, has reliable transportation, and takes his or her work seriously with the ability to work 4-5 days a week and be willing to travel on a 30-40 mile each way if needed and mileage will be paid if necessary on a case by case basis.. We prefer candidates that have worked as a Team Lead for any reset but especially for cosmetics leading 3-4 merchandisers. After the reset ends, you will have plenty of other opportunities through our app, both with resets and with other retail services work. About the Position: Stores are in Grand Rapids, MI Work days: Starts April 19th thru April 30th Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (30 min unpaid lunch, two paid 15-min breaks) Pay is $18 to $20 / hour, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App Your Responsibilities: Lead a Team of 3 - 5 merchandisers on the project. Ensure proper execution of the planogram at the store Complete training process from the client to ensure project success Report any issues during the shift to the client Make sure the products face the front and are in perfect order Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous cosmetic reset team lead experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time Must have reliable transportation and a current, valid driver's license Must have an Android or iOS device capable of running the Survey Merchandiser app Basic knowledge of how to use basic hand tools Able to pass a background check Drug screening may be required Must be 18 years old or older About Survey Merchandiser: Survey is one of the fastest growing retail merchandising companies in the world.
