Summer-long part time yard/grounds maintenance

Description

Starting from now until end of September. Steady weekly yard and grounds cleanup and maintenance. Approximately 4 acres of yard and grounds, with ponds and streams also needing attention. Mowing, leaf removal, garden help, equipment maintenance. Expect 10-30 hours per week, mostly weather dependent also some landscaping projects. Guaranteed pay of 10/hours per week. Looking for responsible individual with some experience and references. Must have own transportation.
