Resort Management, a premier full service condominium and homeowner association management company, is seeking a full time Housekeeper at one of the properties we manage on Marco Island. Resort Management has numerous properties the Southwest Florida marketplace and is focused on establishing a professional and service oriented atmosphere.
As part of the Resort team, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Cleaning all assigned commons areas.
Vacuum carpets or sweep/mop common area tile floors.
Clean restrooms daily.
Replenish paper products in restrooms and throughout assigned areas.
Clean fixtures and check light bulbs.
Wash windows as needed.
Remove and dispose of trash bags from large trash can after all parties.
Dust and polish furniture.
Other projects as assigned.
Report any issues (e.g. unexplained water) to Manager.
Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm, which could be adjusted if there is an event at the property which requires clean up on the weekend.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
This candidate must be able to understand and speak English (bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus)
