SAN MAR Properties is an established professional property management company searching for an experienced painter with some maintenance experience to join our paint/maintenance team. Majority of the work is painting the interior of apartment homes to make them rent ready. Other projects include (but are not limited to) exterior of apartment buildings, interior / exterior of single family homes, curbs/ speed bumps, fencing, sheetrock repair and texture matching ACCOUNTABILITIES Interior & exterior residential painting; multi-family and single family homes Drywall repairs, taping & texture Proficient with airless sprayer Maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Work in a manner to complete tasks daily Strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy Detail oriented and multi-tasked Strong communication skills Maintain a positive relations with residents Ability to work independently Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction Flexible attitude, willing to assist others and team player Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States Must provide proof of vehicle insurance and maintain proof prior to expiration of existing policy Drive personal vehicle for company business (mileage is paid) We offer full-time employee benefits including medical insurance, paid time off, CA paid sick time, holiday pay and a 401(k) retirement plan.
