MBI is looking for ready to learn and experienced construction proffesionals. If you have performed caulking, masonry or concrete restoration, waterproofing, or general construction feel free to fill out an application and we will set up an interview. If you are new to construction, don't worry, we are always looking for people who are willing to work hard and learn new skills. Base compensation for new hires is $14-$16 with little to no experience. We offer 40 hr work weeks with a lot of potential for over time (1.5*base rate of pay), health, dental, and vision insurance, matching 401K program, 1 week of PTO after your first year.
